Social Security Trace

An SSN trace searches public and proprietary records for historical Address and Name Information. This is used to set-up the search criteria and an additional tool to vet information. 

County Criminal Search

Search county records from any state for the most up to date and accurate criminal history.  Most criminal prosecutions happen in municipal or local county courts.

Federal Criminal Search

Federal felony and misdemeanor convictions at the federal court district level, meaning it was investigated by a Federal Agency (FBI, DEA, IRS, etc.). 

State Criminal Search

Most States have a Centralized Database of their County Misdemeanor and Felony Information. This can be run to cast a wider net for additional county information in the state. 

National Criminal + Sex Offender

Multi-Jurisdictional National Database Search and Sex Offender Registry to cast a wider net to find criminal information. "Hits" are vetted with the jurisdiction to ensure accuracy.

Global Watchlist

Comprehensive search of domestic and international government sources for industry/individual bans, watchlists, sanctions, and excluded parties.

Healthcare Specific

FACIS

FACIS is the Gold Standard Source for exclusions, sanctions, debarments, disciplinary actions, and adverse healthcare events. It includes over 3,500 Federal and State primary sources.

OIG/SAM

  • OIG an SAM are excluded individuals convicted of Federal healthcare fraud, patient abuse, licensing board actions, barred from receiving Federal contracts, funding or reimbursement. 

Abuse Registries

Department of Health and Human Services, State by State, to search individuals that have been investigated to have abused, victimized, neglected or exploited a vulnerable adult or child.
