Find recognizes the importance of privacy and is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information and data of our consumers, clients, and website users. Find provides background checks, verifications, clinical service, and compliance management for end-users who have a legal purpose for conducting employment screening (“Services”).

Use of Information

Find collects "Personal Identifying Information" from consumers, voluntarily provided, for the purpose of generating a Consumer Report and/or an Investigative Consumer Report for end-users. Find verifies that all end users are certified to request an Investigative Consumer Report and have a legally permissible purpose under the FCRA and/or other applicable laws. Find will obtain informed consumer consent prior to conducting the background screen.

 

FND will only collect “Personally Identifiable Information” in connection with a background check authorized by you and/or applicable laws. “Personally Identifiable Information” may be collected through our website or otherwise may include, but is not limited, to: name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, birthplace, driver’s license number, social security number, employer, employment details, and information regarding prior criminal proceedings, civil proceedings, or credit activities.

Sharing or Transfer of Consumer Information

Find does not sell or disclose consumer information to third parties for a purpose other than for which it was originally collected. We will only disclose consumer information to those with a legitimate business need and permissible purpose, or as otherwise authorized by the consumer. Consumers are hereby notified that their personal information may be disclosed to a third party in conjunction with an authorized background check.

 

Opt Outs

Consumers that prefer to not provide their Personal Information, or who do not wish to be the subject of a Consumer Report and/or an Investigative Consumer Report, should not provide information to Find Employment Screening, and/or our Client, or complete the Background Check Disclosure Notice, Acknowledgement and Authorization Form.

Personal Information Disclosure: United States or Overseas

Find does not transfer personal information to third parties outside the United States or its territories, except in situations when such transfer is necessary to complete a criminal record check and/or employment, education, reference or professional license verification of information located outside of the United States or its territories. Find prohibits such third-party representatives from using consumer information for any purpose other than completing the background check.

Data Security

Consumer information in maintained in a secure and confidential manner. Find employees are limited to access “Personally Identifiable Information” who need access to carry out their job responsibilities. We implement reasonable safeguards to ensure that all records are destroyed, inaccessible, and unrecoverable.
